Amin Andy Lakha is a graduate of the University of Illinois who applies his expertise in the tea estate and investment sectors. Currently, Amin Andy Lakha serves as the CEO and principal at Lakha Investments Company in Bellevue, Washington. Outside of his professional responsibilities, Mr. Lakha enjoys micro gastronomy and the Alinea restaurant.

The Alinea restaurant is a renowned eatery located on North Halsted in Chicago, Illinois. Recently renovated in 2016, the restaurant has 64 total seats and can accommodate tables of two, four, or six people. Patrons have the choice of sitting in three different settings; the Gallery, the Salons, or the Kitchen Table.

Alinea specializes in modernist cuisine and has been awarded with numerous accolades under chef and co-owner Grant Achatz. In addition to recognition as a Michelin Guide three start restaurant, Alinea was ranked number 15 in the San Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurants in 2016. Moreover, the James Beard Foundation named Alinea an Outstanding Restaurant in The United States in 2016. Other accolades include honors and awards from Food and Wine, Restaurant Magazine, Chicago Reader, Zagat Guide and Forbes among many others.
